How ordering works
Plain terms for pre-ordering coffee from a trailer. Nothing here is a surprise.
Bean Feen Coffee Co. is a small specialty-coffee trailer in Inwood, Berkeley County, West Virginia. Ordering ahead on this site reserves drinks for a pickup window you choose.
Placing an order
You pick your drinks, pick a pickup date and time slot, and pay. When that's done you get an order code beginning BF- and a confirmation page. That page is the source of truth for your order.
Slots have limited capacity, and orders need a bit of lead time — the order form will only offer you slots that are actually available when you're looking. If a slot fills while you're deciding, you'll be asked to pick another.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and it's what your card is charged.
The menu board on the trailer and the online menu are maintained separately and can differ — ordering ahead is sometimes the better deal. Checkout is what governs.
West Virginia sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
Paying
Which ways you can pay are shown to you when you order. If you pay by card, the payment is taken on Stripe's own page — your card details are entered there, and Bean Feen never receives or stores a card number.
Your order is confirmed when the payment goes through. If the payment doesn't complete, the slot is released.
Pickup
Come to the pickup location during the window you booked. The exact address is in your confirmation email and on your confirmation page once the order is paid — it isn't published on this site.
If you're running late, get in touch. If you don't come at all, see Refunds.
If something goes wrong
Wrong drink, missing drink, or an order we can't make — that's covered on the Refunds page, in the owner's own words. The short version is that we fix it or refund it.
Changes to the menu and to these terms
The menu changes. Drinks get added, sell out, or come off entirely, and what's orderable at any moment is whatever the order page is showing. Prices can change too — the price shown when you check out is the one that binds.
